I am passionate about training, sharing knowledge, and equipping people with tools to improve their personal, professional, and community relationships. Hey, my first career was in education, so this makes sense, right? 

Some of my favourite topics include:

• Healthy attachment relationships, and how to lead with attachment needs in mind.
• Relational leadership; helping people ditch the power and control forms of leadership that can stifle creativity and create toxic, top-down cultures.
• Trauma-informed care approaches; ways to increase safety signals in our classrooms, faith groups, or workplace communities. 
• Boundaries to improve the quality of our relationships, not just to cut people out. 
• Conflict is normal; effective communication approaches to level up our listening and clarify our messages.
• Feelings aren't good or bad; they're comfortable or uncomfortable message-bearers to alert us to our underlying values and needs.
