Arrival Instructions
We've recently moved!
As of March 1, 2026, our new address is 50 Kent Ave, Kitchener, near Charles and Stirling.
- We're across from an ION stop on Charles, and there's a large, free parking lot. Please allow a few extra minutes to find us on the second floor.
- From the parking lot, follow the sidewalk to the Main Entrance, to the right of the thrift store donation drop off.
- In the front lobby, take the stairs (to the right) or elevator (to the left of the thrift store).
- In the second floor lobby, turn left until you reach the Kent Avenue Psychotherapy office. Have a seat in the waiting area pictured below.
