A convenient, cozy environment
Pivotal Moments is located on Frederick Street in Kitchener, close to the exits from highway 85/7. There is free parking on nearby side streets, just a short walk from our front door.
Our house-turned-office is shared with a few other private practices. When you arrive for your appointment, come on in, take off your shoes, and have a seat in the waiting area. I'll greet you there and we'll walk up to the second floor.
Our meeting space is designed to invite reflection and spark a sense of safety and peace. It has a roomy couch and armchair, soft blankets, hot tea, water, two large windows, and live plants. It is sensory-friendly with soft lighting and fidget toys available. Toys, games, and expressive arts materials are tucked away nearby to use when words just aren't enough.
